Terms of Service

Welcome to Flowmatic. By creating an account and using our service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Flowmatic.

1. The service

Flowmatic provides AI agents that draft email campaigns, flows, and segments and push approved output to your connected email service provider (ESP). You are responsible for reviewing every draft before it is sent.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older. You're responsible for keeping your credentials and your ESP API keys secure.

3. Events and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually. Each plan includes a monthly allocation of events. Top-ups are billed at your tier's rate and don't expire. Unused subscription events roll over for 30 days.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Flowmatic to send unsolicited mail, spam, harassing content, or anything illegal. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this.

5. Liability

Flowmatic is provided "as is". We're not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or issues arising from your ESP, network, or third-party services.
