This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what your rights are.
What we collect
Account data (email, name, company), billing data (handled by our payment processor), ESP API credentials (encrypted at rest), and cached account metadata needed for agents to do their work (list names, segment definitions, product catalog).
How we use it
To run the service: authenticate you, let agents draft campaigns against your ESP data, bill you, and send you transactional notifications. We do not sell your data. We do not use your subscribers' personal data to train models.
AI processing
Briefs you write and ESP context the agent needs are sent to our AI provider to generate drafts. We don't store or share this content beyond what's necessary to operate the service.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time. Disconnect your ESP in settings to revoke API access immediately.
